All courses include challenging (but view-rewarding and very runnable) hills to go up and down. We recommend walking the up-hill sections and saving your energy for the flat and downs! Except for a couple of small paved sections (less than 5%), trails are on wide dirt paths.
The 5K run will be an out and back course.
The 10K course will be a loop course.
The Half Marathon will be a ‘figure 8’ loop course.
