Wo-Zha-Wa

September 14, 2019

Wisconsin’s oldest long distance race is back!  Last year, the race had a different name and route, but THE ORIGINAL RACE NAME AND 4-MILE ROUTE RETURNS FOR 2019!

Wo-Zha-Wa is a Ho-Chunk term that means “to have fun.”  In that spirit, the 2019 race will be in the fun-run style.  A clock will be posted at the start/finish line.  No chip timing or results posting.  The half-marathon will not take place this year.  Look for it to return in 2020.  Awards will be given for overall winners only.

The race will start and finish at JustAgame Fieldhouse in Downtown Dells, 200 LaCrosse St.  The original 4-mile route will be utilized.

All registrants will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag.  All finishers receive a commemorative medal.

Check-in/packet pick-up will be available at JustAgame on Friday, Sep 13 from 4-6pm and Saturday morning starting at 6:45am.

Restrooms and showers will be made available at JustAgame Fieldhouse.

All proceeds to benefit local charities.

Online-registration: $30

Day-of registration: $40
