Woodland Middle School Band Walkathon

An amazing morning of fun, food, music and more along with a 1K walk to raise money for the Woodland Middle School Band.

 

All participants will receive a custom T-Shirt for taking part in the event.   You must be registered before 04/01/2020 to be guaranteed a T-Shirt

 

Fundraise just $50.00 and instantly be refunded your original $20.00 registration fee!

 

The top fundraiser will win a $500 Visa Gift Card. The 2nd place fundraiser will win a $250.00 Visa Gift Card. The 3rd place through 10th place fundraisers will each receive a $50.00 Visa Gift Card.

 

We are also proud to announce that Christian Brothers Automotive will be hosting the event at their beautiful facility at The Shoppes at Price Crossing in North Port.     It's going to be an amazing morning featuring a walkathon to support the Woodland Middle School Band along with a Derby Day themed Crazy Hat 10K and the Crazy Hat 5K timed road race, to support the Florida Compassion Foundation.     Race Directors Tracy and Kim Hussey and everyone at "My Favorite Race Events, LLC, are making this a great day for the entire family.  
 
It's a day to wear the craziest hat you can come up with!
 
Fun and games for the kids of all ages, including special awards for the Craziest Hats and for the fundraisers that raise the most money for the band!   We are also bringing back the inflatables to keep the kids entertained while mom and dad eat, drink and enjoy time with friends at the After Party.

The Woodland Middle School Jazz Band will also be playing! The After Party will feature Hot Pancakes, and Bacon, juice boxes for the kids, soda, and ice-cold beer/hard cider for the adults! Invite your friends! If you have friends and family members that are not walking as a fundraiser they can still buy a wristband and enjoy the food and drink, for just $15.00.    Pick them up in the Race Store.
