Work Hard. Be Nice. Run 4 Fun 5K. & Silly Hilly Kids 1/2 Mile.

Welcome to the 1st annual "Work Hard. Be Nice. Run 4 Fun 5K" and "Kids Silly Hilly 1/2 Mile" hosted by CrossFit Prior Lake & CrossFit Eden Prairie. We want to bring our fitness outdoors in the beautiful city of Prior Lake, MN on Saturday, September 29 at Lakefront Park. In true #workhardbenice fashion, 15% of the proceeds will be donated to the charity Big Brothers Big Sisters - Greater Twin Cities. 

This is a family-friendly 3.1 mile "fun run" at the beautiful Lakefront Park in Prior Lake, MN. This course is a scenic & hilly course great for all levels of ability & ages! It is not a certified course so feel free to walk, jog or run. Strollers are permitted on this paved course but keep in mind the hilly terrain may make pushing a stroller difficult. No pets on the course please.

There will also be a Silly Hilly Kids 1/2 Mile run for our younger children ages 1-10! This is a hilly, track-like course, that starts and ends at the dedicated "fun run" starting line. There's truly something for the entire family! 

Official start times will be released closer to the event but note the Silly Hilly 1/2 Mile will be before or after the 5K so parents can spectate! We're excited for a great morning with the Prior Lake & surrounding communities! #workhardbenice 

You & your family must be registered by Sunday, September 9 to be guaranteed a t-shirt or tank top.

Cost to Register for 5K Fun Run: $30/person [includes a t-shirt or tank top if registered by 9/9/18] | $30 /person [if registered between 9/10/18 - 9/23/18, t-shirt or tank top not guaranteed] | $35/person [if registered between 9/24/18 - 9/29/18, no t-shirt or tank top].  

Cost to Register for Silly Hilly Kids 1/2 Mile [ages 1-10]: $15/child [includes a t-shirt if registered by 9/9/19].
