Marathoners, relay teams and walkers are invited to participate in the fifth annual Garden Spot Village marathon on Saturday, April 6, 2013, starting at 8 a.m. The 26.2-mile USA Track & Field (USATF)-certified, Boston Marathon qualifier course begins and ends at Garden Spot Village, 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland, Pa. A 13.1-mile half-marathon will also be available for participants who want a shorter course. Race packs will be available at 6:30 a.m., and a pre-race pasta dinner will be held on April 5. Participants will have access to showers, pool and hot tub after the race.
Proceeds benefit the Garden Spot Village Benevolent Fund.
