Inaugural Trail Race in Đà Lạt, Vietnam

The Vietnam Victory Challenge Trail Run offers amazing trails and professional organization. Held 19 March, 2016 in the mountains of Da Lat there are three distances 50k, 21k, 10k.

Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (20 Jan., 2016) Announcing the inaugural Vietnam Victory Challenge Train Run, the first race of its kind hosted in Da Lat, Vietnam 19 March. This will be an international caliber race expected to draw riders from around Vietnam, and South East Asia.

  • 51k Ultra Marathon- Leaving directly from the race hotel the Ultra course follows a few kilometers of quiet city roads before curving into the mountains and onto the trails. Runners will enjoy food and water along the trail as they make their way around Lang Biang Mountain and finish at the Valley of Love park where a light lunch can be enjoyed while watching the awards ceremony.
  • 21k Half Marathon- Racers will gather at the Valley of Love for the 21k course through the park. Food and drink will be provided along the hilly course. The finish will merge with the Ultra Marathon course so that runners can cheer each other on as they complete the race.
  • 10k Fun Run- For those looking for a more mild run we have a beautiful 10km course that is perfect to stretch the legs and earn your lunch waiting at the finish line. Stay and cheer on the 21km and 50km runners!

The city of Da Lat is full of charm and beauty. Racers wishing to make a weekend of it will have no trouble finding fun and relaxing ways to spend the day, and delicious restaurants to recover at each night. There are mountain trails and lake, gondolas and boat rides, and a great night market for souvenirs in the city center.

SEA Sports Marketing is in its second year of operation. 2015 was the opening year which saw a successful international mountain bike race and excellent support from the Da Lat community. 2016 events include the second edition of the Vietnam Victory Challenge mountain bike race, a cycling festival, capped off by the Vietnam Victory Challenge trail run.
