2,261 runners hit the pavement in St Petersburg Russia to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the marathon.
Kenyans took the first three positions in the men’s race. Barngetung Salamon won the race in 02:16:12.
In the women’s race, the podium was entirely Russian and the victory went to Vilisova Tatiana with a time of 02:40:49.
The date for the 26th edition has already been set to June 28th 2015.
