Moses Hengitti outpaced more then 240 runners to win in 02:16:42. Coming in second was William Koskei (02:17:37). Yangus Katum got the third place in 02:18:04.
For the women, Sheimith Muriuki scored victory with a time of 02:43:42 . She bested Teresia Omosa who crossed the finish line 3 minutes 14 seconds behind her. Everline Atancha got the third place in 02:47:58.

Kilimanjaro Half Marathon
Emanuel Giniki got a win, finishing with a time of 01:03:49. He bested George Mjoroge who crossed the finish line 43 seconds behind him. Alexander Munyao got the third place in 01:04:41.
In the ladies race, At the end of the race, Grace Kimanzi and Grace Kimanzi crossed the finish line in the same time of 01:14:06. The third place went to Grace Kimanzi with a time of 01:14:06
