On May first was held the inaugural edition of the Pony Express Marathon, run in the streets of Sacramento.
Marathon
Matt Porter finished first in 03:06:43. Jacob Verrue earned runner-up honors with a time of 03:07:39. Rounding out the top three was Calvin Do with a time of 03:07:45.
For the women, Sophia Chen claimed victory with a time of 03:18:12 , followed by Della Giles who finishes with a time of 03:22:56. Dorian Storbeck gets the third place in 03:27:31.

Half Marathon
Christoph Moschet took top spot in 01:28:12. Lengyel earned runner-up honors with a time of 01:28:14. DillonStewart gets the third place in 01:28:21.
In the women’s race, Angela Escay took top spot in 01:24:38 , followed by Erynne Jones who finishes with a time of 01:26:43. Ann Koscki Mills gets the third place in 01:35:42.
