Half Marathon results
Scott Trummer (1:08:56) topped almost 2,900 participants to win the Livermore Half Marathon in upper California.
In a tight race for runner-up, Carson Truesdell (1:10:12) finished ahead of Dale Taylor (1:10:37).
For the women, it was Johanna Sylvester (1:21:23) taking the top spot.
Runner-up Jennifer Bayliss (1:24:37) cut close to six minutes from her ninth-place finish a year ago, while Liisa Miller (1:27:29) chopped more than a minute from her seventh-place mark in 2015 to secure third.
