Bainbridge Glow Fun Run & Walk Cancer Benefit

Join your friends and family at the General Clinton Park for an evening of GLOWING fun while also helping a community member to fight cancer!

Choose your distance level:

•Glow 5K (3.12 miles): This is a great 'Fun Run/Walk' for adults and older children.  First time and seasoned runners/walkers welcomed, glow as far as you can 3 times around the trail.  As a "Fun Run", you get to compete against your own personal record, everyone's a winner!  All children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult.  Start time 7pm!  (Sunset is at 6:47pm.) •1 Mile Lightning Bug Dash: This is a great distance for strollers and younger participants.  All ages and ability levels welcome. You can run, walk, or if you have wheels, roll!  As a "Fun Run", you get to compete against your own personal record, everyone's a winner! Lightning Bugs will have exclusive trail use for 30 minutes prior to the Glow 5K.  All children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult.  Start time 6:30pm!  (Sunset is at 6:47pm.)

Check In: 5:00-6pm,  Warm Up #cancerdancer Guided Dance 6:00pm.  1 Mile start at 6:30pm, Sunset is at 6:47pm. 5K starts at 7:00pm.  Raffle drawing at 7:45pm!  Must be present to win/claim prizes!

Lace up your sneakers, find the brightest outfit you have, and lets get GLOWING!

***Sideliners: Free Admission into park.  You can attend the event, visit vendor booths, enter raffles, and cheer on the participants!  All participants on the trail must register and wear a bib number. 

Kids 4 & under FREE as follows: Register under Lightning Bug Dash! An adult must register and accompany child under 4.  (Adult may register for 5K OR 1 Mile Dash and accompany child in 1 Mile Dash)  Adults and older children who are registered in the Lightning Bug Dash accompanying a young child/stroller may also participate in the 5K without purchasing additional registration.  Lightning Bug Dash allows time and space for participants with young children, strollers, wheelchairs, different sensory needs, etc.  The event is held on the same trail as the 5K, but held 30 min prior to 5K start time.  Sunset will be 15 minutes after the start time of Lightning Bug Dash to allow those who need more light to better visualize the trail. General Clinton Park has free parking and nearby bathroom facilities with electric outlets
