Beat Brain Cancer 5k Run and 1 Mile Walk

**ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 6/6/2019 AT 11:59PM**.  YOU CAN REGISTER IN PERSON AND PACKET PICK-UP AT MEDVED ON 6/7/2019 FROM 3PM-8PM, OR RACE DAY, JUNE 8, AT EAST ROCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL AT 7:30AM-8:45AM.***

This is the fourth annual 5k run and 1 mile walk in memory of Desiree Stockholm who was a Nurse Practitioner at Strong Memorial Hospital.  It is a fast, flat, road race through neighborhoods near East Rochester High School.  Proceeds from this race will be donated to Vivian Stoch, a spunky 8 year old from Webster NY who is battling medulloblastoma brain Cancer.  Lets come together and help this family with lost wages and medical expenses.  This race will be timed by PCR Timing, packet pick-up will be at MedVed on June 7th, 2019, from 3pm to 8pm, and on race day at East Rochester High School from 7:30am to 8:45am.   Wheelchair division will begin at 8:55am, runners at 9:00am and walkers at 9:05am. NOTE:  If you are signing up to push a wheelchair, please sign up in the wheelchair division. There will be cash prizes to the overall male and overall female in first ($125), second ($100) and third ($75).  Medals to top three in age groups.  New this year will be a kids obstacle course, for ages 10 and under.  This is a USATF Sanctioned event.
