Preliminary Information
Inaugural Event! The Black Friday Relays will consist of 4 out and back 5K legs for a total of 20K. 4 person teams will compete in several categories, including:
Open Male, Female, Mixed
Masters Male, Female, Mixed
Grand Masters Male, Female, Mixed
Special High School Competition
Open Male Female and Mixed at least Two Females
The event will be held on the at Salem Lake trails in Winston-Salem, NC.
