Forgotten Forest 9 Hour Ultra Run

You will travel over a single and double track trail with a little elevation on a double loop of 3.5 and 2.7 miles; a completed course circuit is then 6.2 or a 10K. The loops will be well marked with signs and white and pink tape; no getting lost! There will be a few out and backs of which you will pass each other, over the hours, and cheer each other on!
