About the event
Celebrate the victory at the Battle of New Orleans at the 115th Anniversary Jackson Day Race.
The 2022 race date is Sunday, January 9th, starting and finishing at the Aycock Barn in St. Bernard Parish. The 9K course includes a segment inside the Chalmette Battlefield, part of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. Post-race festivities include local delicacies, beer, and fun for participants of all ages!
The Jackson Day Race is open to all runners and walkers of all speeds, New Orleans Track Club members and nonmembers alike.
