Jingle Bear Trot

As part of the city’s annual tree lighting celebration to mark the start of the holiday season, we are hosting a leisurely ¾-mile trot through McCleary to see the holiday lights. Dress up in your favorite elf costume or bring jingle bells to help spread the cheer as we follow Santa through town.

For the first 250 registrants, your registration includes a collectable blinking strobe globe. After the trot, stay to watch the tree lighting at 5:00 p.m., followed by the movie Elf, which will be shown in the VFW at 6:00 p.m.

We are also offering a Holiday Lights-themed T-shirt or hoodie to commemorate this event. The T-shirt or hoodie must be ordered before November 16th to be available for pickup for the day of the trot.
