Kegs n Ks

Join in the fun on Saturday, June 8 at 2 p.m. along the Black River in Port Huron as we combine two of our favorite things: beer and running for 4.6Ks of fun! 

At the start of the race and at several points along the course, participants will have the option to consume a 4 oz beer. Participants will also receive a full beer at the end of the race. Every participant will also receive a t-shirt with the Kegs N K's logo. Only participants signed up by May 31, 2019 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. We will likely have some extras on event day available to late entry participants on a first come, first serve basis. 

Make sure you join us for the after-party with music, food and beer for purchase, games, and a rockin' good time!

Age Guidelines and ID Check:
This event is 100% awesome and you have to have a 100% valid ID upon check-in to participate in the event. You MUST be 21 on race day to compete in Kegs N K's. We will be checking ID's at check in. NO VALID IDENTIFICATION, NO RACE, NO REFUND.

Awards and Prizes:
Top three overall male and female racers will receive an award.

Race Day Check In:

Pre-race packet pick will be available from 3 - 7p.m. on Thursday, June 6, on the patio Tio Gordo's Cocina, 321 Huron Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060.

Packet Pickup will also be available at the race location on event day starting at noon. We ask that everyone be ready to run at the race start line 20 minutes prior to 2 p.m.

Course Map: Runners will start their adventure at the Black River Pavilion, and will complete a 1.5K loop of the surrounding area. All beer during race day must be consumed within the designated area. 

Proceeds: All proceeds from Kegs N Ks 2019 will go toward the Blue Water Young Professionals projects as chosen by members. Since 2011, the BWYPs have been working with partners throughout the community to help make the Black River front a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike to enjoy. 

Late Registration: On site registration is available during Thursday, June 6 packet pickup at Tio Gordos as well as on site at the Black River Walk Pavilion on Saturday, June 8 beginning at noon. Late registration is $30 and includes the run and a post race beer ticket.
