Kohl 5K

Since our inaugural race 10 years ago, more than 3000 participants have helped make Kohl
Elementary 5K Run/ Fun Walk and Children’s Half-Mile Fun Run a success beyond expectations.
A combination of elite athletes, recreational runners, wheelchair participants, and runners
seeking qualifying times hit the streets to raise funds and have fun in Broomfield. The event has
raised more than $10,000 which has helped fund a new gymnasium floor, mobile computer labs
for students, and many more essental things at Kohl Elementary School.
