Race the Helix Lowcountry

Join us for the third annual Lowcountry race, inspired by one family's desire to raise awareness for genetic disorders and funding for genetic research!
Saturday, May 18 at 9 a.m. at Palmetto Islands County Park
5K trail run with chip timing by Charlestowne Road Race Services
1 mile paved course for walkers, runners, strollers, and wheelchairs
Snacks, water, and coffee provided
T-shirts guaranteed for all registrations received before April 20 and will be given to late and on-site registrants while supplies last
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Greenwood Genetic Center Foundation

$15 for 1 mile Walk The Helix
Awards:
Join us after the race for awards, which will be given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each 5K age group.
Age groups for awards: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and older
