Race to Raise

Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation is hosting the 5th Annual Race to Raise, a 5K/10K chip timed Trail Run on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center. This year all 100% of proceeds will benefit the Guadalupe Clinic for Chronic Disease Care. This clinic provides primary care for unfunded patients who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension and provides medical care, individualized education, mediation support and treaments to ensure that these patients effectively manage their diseases and remain active and productive.
