Jingle Bell  5K / Kids K Saturday, December 3, 2016 1800 Lakeshore Dr., Port Arthur, TX   + Pancake Breakfast! Please join us and other sponsors for the Pancake Breakfast after the event, Hosted by Neighbors Emergency Center!  Come to the 2nd floor of the Carl A. Parker Center in the banquet room.
