Guibault Thierry won the race for the 6th time with a time of 02:27:06. He finished 6 minutes 5 seconds ahead of Benichou Thomas. Finishing third was Baudry Nicolas (02:35:20). Results: Guibault, Vasseur repeat in drink and run around Pauillac

Marathon results Thierry Guibault (2:26:41) cut two minutes from his winning time a year ago to defended his title in the Marathon du Medoc in Pauillac, France. More than 7,500 runners, the majority of which were in costume, came out for the vineyard winding race that replaces water stops with wine tasting and tradition snacks with proper pairings.
