Good News Rockland Run

The fun will start at 8:00 AM as we stand together as ONE and offer thanksgiving the day's activities. By now you're really motivated and ready to do your own 5K Walk, Run or Stroller Walk. Some will even decide to do a 10K Run.

All adult runners receive a tech (dry fit) running shirt, coupons, and post-race drinks as well as food and snacks. Finishing Medals and age group medals are awarded at the finish line. ​After the race we encourage you to check out our sponsors, enjoy the park, picnic, go swimming and relax and enjoy Royal Ambassador Productions preview of “Gospel Music In The Park.”Come and enjoy a whole day at Rockland Lake State Park!

Here comes the best part as you're drawn toward the finish line with all your invited guests cheering you on as you receive your well-deserved finishers' medal; and please do invite everyone. Now that you're finished with all that exercise it's time for some treats and fruit.
