MADD Dash 5K

 Fantastic- flat course, with great water views, terrific dri-fit shirts, food (including Food Should Taste Good chips & lots more). Post race fluids including Propel Zero. Every participant will also get a loaf of Chabaso bread! There is parking for over 500 runners but get here early to avoid the delay on the one way only driveway into Short Beach. Bring a towel and take a dip when you're done. There's a playground for the kids too. But sorry- absolutely positively NO DOGS- it's a Town rule. You'll catch some great water views whether you run the 5k, walk the 2 miler, or run in the kids runs! Bring friends, families & running buds and thanks for helping to support MADD.
